| This casually elegant
spot in downtown Palm Springs specializes in the Valley's best
Prime Beef aged 28 days to perfection and cut in-house each night.
Classics include filet mignon, 24-ounce porterhouse, Kansas City
and New York steaks, rib steaks and prime rib. Any cut can be
served as a bone-in chop - you'll instantly know why "the
meat is sweeter on the bone." Beef cuts are served with Au

Sauce.
More favorites are Colorado Lamb T-Bone
Chops, lightly smoked double-cut Pork Chop and Double Chicken

Lobster Tails, Coconut Shrimp and Blackened Ahi, and two chefs'
creative fresh fish dishes nightly.
Side dishes include savory Macaroni and
Cheese, Haricots Verts, Twice-Baked Potato, Creamed Spinach
Alfredo, Horseradish Mashed Yukon Gold Potatoes, Chop House
Wedge (crisp Iceberg Lettuce with Citrus and Roquefort Dressing
served with every entrée).
Choose a rare wine from the 3,000-bottle
cellar and finish with a decadent dessert, then move upstairs
to The Deck for a nightcap at the skybar and dancing under the
stars.
